Our client, a leading organisation in the Major & Utilities sector, is looking for a Budget & Cost Controller with strong experience in digital and data-driven environments. The selected candidate will support financial planning, cost monitoring, and budget management for digital initiatives, working closely with finance, PMO, and operational teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage budgets for digital and data-related projectsMonitor costs, forecasts, and budget vs. actualsProduce regular financial reports and variance analysisUse Service Now for planning, activity tracking, and workflow support Extract, validate, and reconcile cost data from SAP Support project teams with cost allocation and financial forecastingServe as liaison with Finance and PMO for periodic alignmentRequired Skills & Experience 4–5 years’ experience in Controlling, Budgeting, or Cost Monitoring Strong command of budget tracking, cost control, and forecastingPractical experience using Service Now for planning and workflow management Good working knowledge of SAP for financial data extraction Background in digital or data-driven environments (preferred) Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teamsLanguage Requirements Italian: Mandatory English: MandatorySpanish: Nice to haveSoft SkillsHigh attention to detailStrong analytical and reporting abilitiesAble to work independently and meet tight deadlinesExcellent communication and coordination skills
