Your role The E-commerce Calendar Assistant Intern will support the Calendar Manager in planning and coordinating digital activities for assigned websites. This role ensures operational alignment across channels and collaborates with cross-functional teams to execute commercial initiatives, brand campaigns, and product launches. The intern will also contribute to editorial, product, and commercial planning to maximize customer engagement through compelling visual concepts. Main Responsibilities Assist in managing the online marketing calendar for assigned brands, ensuring alignment with e-commerce managers. Collaborate with global teams (Marketing, Product, PR, Social Media) to support integrated initiatives. Help structure marketing communications and keep information updated and aligned with the brand calendar. Prepare and collect materials for kick-off meetings with cross-functional teams. Coordinate with the content team to ensure timely and accurate execution of calendar activities. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, key pillars, and product priorities when updating calendar activities. Support planning and execution of customer strategies across all channels. Work closely with content editors to optimize the commercial calendar and campaign execution, enhancing brand identity. Conduct website testing to verify content accuracy, promotional mechanics, and compliance with UX/UI standards. Assist in analyzing campaign performance metrics, conducting UX evaluations, and performing competitor analysis to identify optimization opportunities. Main requirements Education: recently graduated in Marketing, Communication, Digital Business, Economics, or related fields. Digital Skills: Basic understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and content management systems (CMS). Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret campaign performance data and UX insights. UX/UI Awareness: Familiarity with user experience principles and interface standards. Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Soft Skills: Proactive, collaborative, and excellent communication skills. Languages: Fluent in English additional languages are a plus. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.
