RAL: €55K - €70K The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Strategist to lead high-impact consulting engagements. You will be the bridge between Business and IT, helping enterprise clients navigate the complexity of becoming data-driven. Your primary focus will be designing Data Strategies, implementing Data Governance frameworks, and guiding the adoption of Data Products organization using our methodology and platforms (like Witboost). You will act as a trusted advisor for C-level executives and Data Leaders, translating business goals into actionable data roadmaps. ResponsibilitiesLead Data Strategy assessments and define Target Operating Models for large enterprises; Design and implement Data Governance frameworks (roles, policies, processes) tailored to Data Products organizations; Guide clients through the organizational change management required to adopt a Data Product mindset; Define KPIs and metrics to measure the ROI of data initiatives; Collaborate with Data Architects and Engineers to ensure the strategy is technically feasible and aligned with Agile Lab’s best practices; Mentor junior/mid strategists and contribute to the growth of the Consulting Data Strategy practice; Facilitate high-level workshops with stakeholders to identify high-value use cases.
