The ideal candidate is passionate about thebeauty industry, highly knowledgeable about skincare, make-up, haircare and fragrances, and motivated to work in a fast-paced agency environment dedicated to premium beauty brands.Key Responsibilities The Beauty Digital PR & Influencer Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of Digital PR and Influencer Marketing activities for assigned beauty clients, including: Development and execution ofDigital PR strategies specifically tailored to beauty brands Management ofInfluencer Marketing campaigns within the beauty sector , from scouting to activation and reporting Identification, selection and relationship management ofbeauty influencers, creators and digital opinion leaders(macro, micro and nano) Coordination of product seeding, gifting and beauty-focused events (online and offline) Daily relationships with beauty influencers and talents Monitoring of online coverage, performance analysis and campaign reporting Close collaboration with internal teams (Social Media and Creative) to ensure integrated beauty communication projects Support in client presentations and strategic proposals for beauty brandsRequirements 2–3 years of experience in Digital PR and Influencer Marketing within the beauty industry Previous experience in acommunication agency or beauty brandis highly preferred Strong understanding of thebeauty market, trends, products and consumer behaviors Fluent English (written and spoken) is required Proven experience managing influencer campaigns for skincare, make-up, haircare or fragrance brands Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task Proactive attitude, team spirit and strong interpersonal skillsPlus Experience already gained inbeauty agencies or beauty brandswill be considered a strong advantage Existing network of beauty influencers and digital media contacts Passion for innovation and digital-first beauty communication
