Stiamo cercando talenti che si uniscano al nostro team Corporate con un focus dedicato alla clientela Public Entities. Si tratta di un ruolo ibrido che richiede di lavorare almeno tre giorni a settimana in ufficio. ResponsabilitàSviluppo del business aziendale con nuovi clienti: conduzione di analisi del territorio e ricerche di mercato e “cold call” (primo contatto telefonico) a nuovi potenziali clienti “(prospect”) per sviluppare proposte di vendita efficaci; Costruire e mantenere relazioni con i clienti e fungere da punto di contatto primario per le esigienze quotidiane; Comprendere e supportare sulle mutevoli condizioni del mercato assicurativo e della gestione del rischio; Organizzare incontri e meeting con clienti o con nuovi potenziali clienti, partecipare e organizzare eventi di settore, realizzare campagne commerciali ed iniziative formative; Attività di gestione dei clienti (definizione di procedure personalizzate di gestione, in base alle tipologie di rischio e alle particolari esigenze operative e logistiche); Mantenere costanti aggiornamenti normativi e settoriali per garantire un servizio sempre conforme e aggiornato;RequisitiLaureando/Laureato in discipline Economiche, Giuridiche, delle Scienze Politiche, Sociali o delle Relazioni Internazionali o affini; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2) oltre che di quella italiana (C1); Buona conoscenza e padronanza nell’utilizzo del pacchetto Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) e dei principali strumenti informatici; Interesse e curiosità per l\'ambito della Pubblica Amministrazione, Sanità Pubblica e similari.Altre informazioniL'opportunità fa parte di un Graduate Programme caratterizzata da un percorso iniziale di stage retribuito, finalizzato ad un apprendistato.Marsh Risk is a business of Marsh (NYSE: MRSH), a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments, and management consulting, advising clients in 130 countries.
