Nel dettaglio avrà le seguenti responsabilità: • Supporto operativo alla gestione del Sistema di Gestione Qualità e Safety • Gestione e aggiornamento della documentazione di sistema • Partecipazione attiva a audit interni (pianificazione, esecuzione, report) • Supporto al monitoraggio di non conformità e azioni correttive • Supporto alle attività di compliance normativa (FBO, Part CAMO, Part 145, COA) • Interazione con le funzioni aziendali per il miglioramento dei processi • Supporto alla preparazione di audit clienti ed enti certificatoriRequisiti • Laurea o diploma tecnico • Almeno 1 anno di esperienza in ambito Qualità e/o Safety • Esperienza pratica nella gestione documentale di sistemi di gestione • Familiarità con attività di audit (anche in affiancamento) • Capacità di lavorare in modo strutturato e autonomo sulle attività assegnate • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office • Inglese tecnico (lettura e compilazione documentazione) • Affidabilità, precisione e orientamento al metodo completano il profiloCosa offriamo • Assunzione diretta con iniziale contratto a tempo determinato finalizzato alla stabilizzazione • Ral iniziale fino a 30.000€ annui con concreta crescita economica in fase di trasformazione a tempo indeterminato, in base alle prestazioni • Contesto strutturato e possibilità di crescita professionaleFacciamo parte di Gi Group Holding ( la prima multinazionale italiana del lavoro e una tra le principali realtà che offrono servizi e consulenza HR a livello globale.
