Join us and start the future POSTING PRESENTATION: Projecting, Planning, Design and management of Equipment Installation activities within the ADG R&D departments; Planning, design and management of layout, system upgrades, hook up and continuous improvement methods aim to maintain and ensure the functionality of PID design, and total management of the processes and flow aimed to positioning, connection and equipment installation within the ADG R&D Facilities. Management and coordination of suppliers who are entrusted with the construction site task within the R&D departments, ensuring compliance with installation specifications and construction times. Evaluation and formalization of the risks analysis within the ADG R&D facilities for all the activities carried out, with direct responsibility for the work carried out by workers (suppliers), ensuring the correct application of all regulations in force, regarding safety in the workplace. Program and support "cost saving" activities through control and optimization of the materials used for the new installations, creating perfect synergy with the facilities and management teams of the Catania site. PROFILE REQUIRED: Cultural profile for plant design and management techniques. Knowledge of Electrotechnics, Mechanics, Hydraulics, Aeraulics and Pneumatics with a university-like cultural profile or from an industrial technical diploma obtained with elevate marks. Knowledge of the fluent use of Autocad 2D and Ms Office. Management skills of people and work teams. Skills in planning of activities and project management. Knowledge of the methods of purchasing, CAR, assets and management of suppliers' economic quotations. Strong interpersonal skills with the profile of a work team coordinator. Strong corporate sense and personal responsibility.
