OverviewIn the role of Sales Assistant at San Siro store, you are expected to give the highest possible level of customer service and shopping experience to both Ac Milan and Fc Internazionale fans, to maintain high standards and housekeeping in the store, and to represent both the company (Fanatics International) and the partner brands in the best way possible.The Sales Assistant will work a full-time schedule including days, nights and weekends as required by matches and sport events calendar.ResponsibilitiesEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales serviceMaintain excellent store condition and visual merchandising standardsMaintain a fully stocked storeActively be involved in the receiving of new shipmentsTill use and cash handlingShirt printingDay to day tasks and housekeepingKnowledge / RequirementsExperience is preferred but not essential as full training will be givenPassion for football and sport is a mustOutgoing and friendly attitudeFlexibility on working hours is essential as weekends, national holidays and nightsGood English levelBeing car ownerThe job duties listed are not exclusive nor exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope and level of the role.#J-18808-Ljbffr
