Join to apply for the Accounting Supervisor role at Sunset Hospitality GroupWe are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our Finance team in Milan , supporting the financial operations of our business.Main ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily accounting activities including AP, AR, GL, and fixed assetsEnsure accurate posting and compliance with Italian GAAP (OIC) and local regulationsLead month‑end and year‑end closing processesPrepare reconciliations and validate general ledger accountsOversee all tax‑related matters: VAT, withholding taxes, corporate and local taxesCoordinate with external consultants for statutory audits and tax filingsMaintain the fixed asset register and perform depreciation calculationsMonitor updates in local accounting and tax regulations, ensuring internal complianceSupport reporting activities and internal deadlinesAct as point of reference for auditors and advisorsQualifications & SkillsDegree in Accounting, Finance, or related field5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in structured or international environmentsStrong knowledge of OIC and working understanding of IFRSFamiliar with ERP/accounting software and advanced ExcelStrong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and problem‑solving skillsFluency in Italian and good working knowledge of EnglishPrevious experience in leading a small accounting team is a plusWhat We OfferDiscounts across Sunset’s venues and more : Experience the Sunset lifestyle with exclusive benefitsCareer growth opportunities : We invest in your development with real opportunities for advancement in a fast‑growing companySeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionAccounting / AuditingIndustriesHospitality#J-18808-Ljbffr
