EDLAis looking for aTikTok Lead to own the platform end to end - from strategy and direction to execution and performance. This is a commission-based, freelance collaboration with long-term potential, offering autonomy and flexibility. This role is for someone who loves fashion, understands TikTok instinctively , and is drawn to challenges. Someone who enjoys taking ownership, testing ideas, and shaping a platform with intention. The RoleYou will be responsible for defining and executing EDLA’s TikTok presence. This includes setting the overall strategy, creating and publishing content, managing cadence, and driving performance through commission-based activity. You will work closely with the founders, translating the brand vision into a clear and coherent TikTok presence. Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and own EDLA’s TikTok strategy. Create, publish, and manage content aligned with the brand vision. Establish a consistent rhythm and content direction. Identify opportunities and interpret trends in a way that fits the brand. Drive growth, engagement, and sales through commission-based content. Monitor performance and continuously refine the approach. What We’re Looking ForDeep understanding of TikTok as a platform. Strong sense of brand alignment and judgment. Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership. Comfort balancing creativity with performance goals. Experience with affiliate or commission-based models is a plus. Fashion, footwear, or lifestyle sensitivity preferred. What We OfferCommission-based compensation tied to sales performance.
