Inside, the hotel seamlessly blends contemporary style with Renaissance influences, boasting six-meter-high ceilings, wide corridors, grand staircases, and intricate details such as terrazzo floors, silk-covered walls, and Murano glass chandeliers, making it one of Europe’s premier hotels for art exhibitions. The hotel’s proximity to St. As we prepare for our imminent reopening, we are seeking a Reservation Supervisor to join our Sales Team. As Reservation Supervisor , you will play a key role in maximizing room revenue and ensuring a seamless reservation experience for our guests. You will oversee the daily operations of the reservations department, maintain high standards of accuracy and customer service, and act as a liaison between the Reservations team and other hotel departments. Monitoring room availability, rate strategy, and inventory in collaboration with the Revenue Manager • Supporting and training team members to maintain service and accuracy standards • Responding to guest and travel partner inquiries in a professional and timely manner • Collaborating closely with Sales, Front Office, and Revenue teams to ensure smooth communication and efficiency • Previous experience in a reservations role within luxury hospitality (supervisory level preferred) • Fluent in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus) • Location: Venice, Italy – Based on San Clemente Island , Venice (daily boat transfers required) • Full time • Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak periods • You must possess the legal right to work in Italy it and quote the reference LINK – Reservation Supervisor in the subject line. 2016/679 - GDPR e saranno utilizzati esclusivamente per la selezione in corso.
