To be successful in this role, you should possess solid analytical, design and problem diagnosis skills. Expertise with Query Processing and Optimization and high‑performance systems is a plus. You should be comfortable hiring and building your team, mentoring junior engineers, and harmonize operational responsibilities with innovation. The base pay for this position ranges from $166,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $287,700/year in our highest geographic market.
