The International Sales Operations team enables a large, multi-channel sales organization to achieve sales, profit, and business objectives through effective planning, quota setting, and forecasting. The team drives organizational efficiency through advanced data analytics, sales process optimization, and strategic sales compensation administration
Key responsibility to ensure operational excellence in the Sales Operations function which includes the following:
Business Forecasting - Manage the business forecasting cycles from short to long term, which includes CORE (Country Outlook Review) bi-weekly forecasting, COMMITS for Quarterly, Yearly and LRP (Long Range Plan) forecasting.
Data analytics – provide insights on business intelligence to management and Sales team to make prompt and key decisions.
Pipeline Management - Responsible for management of project funnels through Salesforce.SIP (Sales Incentive Plan) management – provide support in quota setting and measurement
Key initiatives – drive and implement regional/global projects
Collaboration – work with cross functional teams (eg: Supply chain, Finance) to align to meet/exceed Organization common goals.
To manage sales operations activities across Europe.
To manage timelines, co-ordinate with regional operations teams and area sales leads to ensure smooth support for the sales organisations.
To provide operational sales support to Europe Sales Leads.
To engage in regional and global initiatives, as required, and support implementation within country.
To ensure flawless operational management of sales opportunities.
Manage requests for information on sales activities in the region.
Responsible for management of Salesforce.com and support of local users.
Responsible for supporting delivery of global projects in country.
Analyse sales data and provide insight to sales management.
Support Quarterly Business Review meetings and ad hoc reviews as needed.
Advanced Excel knowledge, including use of pivot tables, formulas, charts/graphs - advantageous
Excellent English oral and written communication skills, and comfort presenting to everyone from entry-level employees to senior vice presidents
Curiosity and passion about data, visualization and solving problems
Experience with reporting, descriptive statistics and big datasets
