Job Title Solution Engineer Job Location Rome/Milan Huawei's Fresh Graduate Program As a Solution Engineer you will embark on the Huawei Graduate Program in Italy, an intensive program designed to cultivate and nurture the next generation of tech leaders. Program Highlights Professional Career Path: Structured experience starting from a 6‑month internship. Personal Development: Comprehensive trainings and workshops. Hands‑on experience in customer engagement and technology innovation. Mentor/Buddy Program to guide business and inter‑cultural development. Main Responsibilities Solution Development: Design and propose innovative technical solutions tailored to customer needs and project requirements. Sales Support: Assist in solution planning, preparation of technical presentations, and meeting solution‑related sales targets. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless implementation of photovoltaic and renewable energy solutions. Market Analysis: Conduct detailed engineering analyses of the energy market, identifying customer challenges and opportunities for improvement. Service Strategy Contribution: Gather customer service requirements, analyze industry service trends, and contribute to the development and refinement of service strategies. Knowledge Sharing: Provide technical support to senior team members and contribute to knowledge‑sharing initiatives within the Solution Sales team. Requirements Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Energy Engineering, Electrical, or a related technical field, graduating between January 2024 and December 2026. Minimum of 6 months experience in renewable energy technologies, including photovoltaic systems, inverters, data centers, electric mobility, site power facilities, or embedded power systems. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage cross‑project tasks and stakeholder needs. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Language Requirements: Good command of English and fluent in Italian.
