About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and dynamicCountry Manager to lead our operations in Italy, including business development, office management and two premium retail stores.The ideal candidate has a strong background inluxury retail and high-end audio equipment, with in-depth knowledge of brands such as Bang & Olufsen, Devialet, Sonus Faber, McIntosh, or other premium AV and stage technology solutions.This is a key leadership role responsible for driving business growth, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of brand presentation across all locations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute commercial and marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.Drive sales performance while ensuring an exceptional luxury customer experience.Build strong relationships with clients, designers, and partners in the luxury and professional AV sectors.Lead and manage daily operations of the Italian office and retail stores.Manage P&L, budgets, and operational efficiency.Represent the company in Italy and liaise with European HQ for strategic initiatives.Requirements5+ years of experience in luxury retail management or premium consumer electronics.Proven leadership experience as Country Manager, General Manager, or Commercial Leader.Strong knowledge of high‑end audio / AV and ideally Bang & Olufsen products or similar brands.Excellent commercial acumen and people management skills.Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written).Passion for design, technology, and exceptional customer service.We OfferOpportunity to lead and grow a prestigious brand presence in Italy.Work within a dynamic international team passionate about sound, innovation, and luxury.Work for a financially strong, fast‑growing multinational company.Competitive compensation package with performance‑based incentives.Health insurance.ASBIS Group is a leading IT company specializing in value‑added distribution and development of IT, IoT, and Robotic products, solutions, and services to the markets of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.In over 30 years of operations, ASBIS has grown into an international group, headquartered in Cyprus, with subsidiaries in 34 countries across EMEA, and nearly 3,000 employees.We are proud of being one of the certified companies by Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture, as we believe that our true asset is people.
