This is a deeply hands-on role for engineers who enjoy working without rigid frameworks, making architectural decisions independently, and shaping both the technology stack and engineering culture from day one.You'll have real ownership over end-to-end systems, collaborate closely with product and design, and play a key role in defining how the platform scales.
