Description We are currently looking for a Financial controlling Internship to join our dynamic team based in Milan. You will support the Controlling department in all related activities such as: Participate in the monthly closing process by reviewing financial results and performing cost variance analyses against budget and prior year figures. Support the preparation and coordination of the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate tracking and control of actual spending. Monitor key Retail KPIs to provide actionable insights to the business. Assist with store inventory control activities, including periodic stock takes and reconciliations. Analyze financial and operational data, preparing ad hoc reports and presentation deck Who you are: Master’s degree in Finance or Finance controlling; A previous International academic experience will be a strong asset Strong analytical and problem solving skills; Strong interpersonal skills; team-work oriented; Positive and proactive attitude; Excellent knowledge of Excel and Power Point Fluent in English and Italian Why work with us?
