Join to apply for the Strategic Projects Lead role at GeneraliWithin the Climate Technical Excellence unit of the Group Climate Hub, we are looking for a highly motivated professional to act as a strategic partner across Business Units. The role will directly support the Head of Climate Technical Excellence in driving ad‑hoc strategic initiatives, coordinating cross‑functional activities, and ensuring alignment with senior stakeholders across the Group.The job holder can be based both in Milan or Trieste .ResponsibilitiesManaging and coordinating special strategic projects with Business Units, from scoping to execution, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality outcomesSupporting the liaison between the Climate Hub and senior BU stakeholders, preparing key leadership meetings and follow‑up actionsProviding transversal oversight across the unit, ensuring synergies and knowledge‑sharing among different workstreams (pricing, modelling, loss prevention, risk accumulation)Identifying emerging priorities and ad‑hoc support requests from BUs, translating them into actionable initiatives for the unitPreparing strategic reports, executive presentations, and consolidated updates for top managementContributing to the overall development of the Climate Hub, ensuring consistency in processes, tools, and communication across the Group.Requirements4+ years of experience in insurance, consulting, or strategic project management rolesStrong project management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing prioritiesExcellent communication and executive presentation skills, with proven experience in senior stakeholder engagementAbility to synthesize complex technical content into clear, business‑oriented outputsStrong interest in the insurance business (prior technical experience is not required)Proactive, structured, and collaborative mindset with strong problem‑solving orientationCompany ProfileGenerali Group Head Office is the guiding unit of the Generali Group, one of the largest global insurance and asset management providers.
