Strategic Projects ManagerRole PurposePrimary responsibility of the role is to provide ongoing strategic support to the Country Head Italy, and the leadership team, as well as to independently lead projects across a variety of areas especially acting as liaison between business operations and the full Italian organization. This position is instrumental in facilitating decision‑making processes, streamlining communication channels, and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the Country Head's office and Country’s strategic projects.Your Key ResponsibilitiesProvides ongoing strategic support to Country Head and the Sandoz Italy Leadership Team (SLT)Leads the strategic agenda formation for key meetings and manages follow‑upsLead and manage coordination for executive presentations to SLT, BoD, external events and other bodiesMay act as a substitute of the Country Head in key external and internal stakeholder events / meetingsLead cross‑functional projects and initiatives, coordinating activities across departments to drive operational excellence and achieve strategic goalsMonitor project timelines, milestones and deliverables to ensure timely execution and successful outcomesAct on Country Head’s office tasks as requested, and all other ad hoc strategic projects as neededUnderstand business needs and support the effectiveness of Field Force organizationManage relationships with suppliers and third parties in support of any business critical interactions for the countryCommitment to Diversity & InclusionWe are committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.Essential RequirementsEducationBA / BS Required, MBA or respective education preferredExperience and SkillsOverall 7+ years in experience with minimum 3+ years spent in pharmaceutical or FMCG industryBackground in consulting, strategic consultingProven capability to effectively communicate and collaborate across a global, matrixed organizationAble to get senior stakeholders buy‑in through impact, public speaking and effective presentationsProficiency in English and Italian languagesStrong and proven project management skills, certified in Six Sigma or Lean Strategies desiredStrong analytical capability and agility with streamlining data for decision makingCritical and strategic thinker with solutions‑oriented mindsetCareful about quality, compliance, and legal obligationsExceedingly agile and able to continually re‑prioritize in fast paced environmentYou’ll receiveCustomized development paths and free access to our on-demand training catalogsJob rotation projects that will give you the opportunity to collaborate with global teamsCorporate Welfare PlanRecognition Program to highlight your impact for the organizationHybrid Work Model based on flexibility and trustWhy Sandoz?Generic and Biosimilar medicines are the backbone of the global medicines industry.
