From day one, our mission has been to simplify global trade – creating a seamless and efficient logistics process.About The Role As Outside Sales Representative (f/m/d) you are responsible for developing and expanding our customer portfolio, consequently bringing in new business to Forto in Italy and managing contract renewals of your existing customer portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to become a central part of establishing Forto in the Italian market.Key ResponsibilitiesBecome a central part of building up and growing Forto in ItalyBe responsible for the acquisition of new customers and the expansion of Forto’s customer portfolio in ItalyBe responsible for your own customer portfolio and ensure contract renewalsWork closely with our customers, maintaining and strengthening our customer relationships while actively contributing to their and our successAnticipate future customer needs and improve our customer platform in close cooperation with our product development teamProactive customer relationship management requires regular travel to customer locationsRequired Skills And Experience5+ years of sales experience in freight forwardingA customer centric mindset and experience in driving business developmentReliability, independence, high motivation and the ability to work in a dynamic and ambitious teamFluent in Italian and English#J-18808-Ljbffr
