Sales Manager - Forklift Reporting to: Area Sales Manager We are a leading international manufacturer of construction machinery, providing high-quality, innovative solutions to customers worldwide. Our product portfolio includes excavators, wheel loaders, aerial work platforms, tractors, and other machinery for construction, agriculture, and industrial applications. With decades of experience, we combine cutting-edge technology, excellent customer service, and a strong dealer network to support our customers’ productivity and business growth. Promote and sell forklifts and material handling equipment to distributors, rental companies and industrial clients across Italy. Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth. Identify market opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and propose effective sales strategies. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and contracts, and close sales agreements. Coordinate with after-sales, service, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, commissioning, and customer support. Provide product demonstrations, technical advice, and training to customers. Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the company and expand the network. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; 3+ years of experience in sales of forklifts, warehouse trucks, or industrial equipment. ~ Strong technical knowledge of forklifts and material handling applications. ~ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. ~ Willingness to travel across Italy for customer visits. ~
