Key Responsibilities Partner with line and business managers, providing day-to-day HR support, coaching and guidance on performance, development, employee relations and team effectiveness. Deliver HR initiatives aligned with business strategy and HR plans. Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with employment legislation. Collaborate with HR and business teams to deliver a responsive, forward-thinking HR service. Support payroll activities through accurate monthly inputs to the Shared Service Center (BES).
