Company Description RideMovi is a leading European micromobility operator revolutionizing urban transportation by offering an efficient and affordable solution for city commuting. Role Description We are looking for an experienced Administrative & Accounting Manager to join our team in Milan .  If you have a solid background in administration and accounting within multinational environments and enjoy leading teams, this opportunity could be the right fit for you.  About the Role   You will coordinate accounting and administrative activities across five branches (approximately €30M turnover), leading a dedicated team and ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient financial management.  Main Responsibilities   Location: Milan (on-site role, no remote work)  Contract: Full- time  Oversee accounting, tax compliance, and consolidated reporting  Coordinate administrative operations across multiple locations  Manage relationships with consultants, auditors, and tax advisors  Supervise contracts, accounts payable/receivable, and cost allocations  Lead and develop a team of four people at our Milan headquarters  Requirements   Degree in Economics or related field  Minimum 8 years of experience in administration and accounting within multinational contexts  Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial reporting   Proven leadership and team management skills  Fluent in Italian and English   Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or Business Central) and Excel  Key Skills   Leadership, accuracy, communication, problem solving, and continuous improvement  At RideMovi, we are committed to driving sustainable mobility solutions and making a meaningful impact within the micromobility industry.
