Role description Arcadis Italy is looking for a Commercial Director that will be in charge of handling Contract and Cost activities for important clients in the Data Center industry. This role will have key responsibility and will work closely with the Arcadis and clients teams directly on site to meet internal needs and quality standards for the projects assigned. Role accountabilitiesManagement of the entirety of the Building Contracts. Visit the site regularly to review progress and quality with the Contractor and other contractors undertaking the project. Provide contractual support and advice on potential change orders cost impacts risks utility requirements etc Advise on Client liability regarding any claims from the Contractor (preliminary advice only).
