We are looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of our Chillers & Heat Pumps (HP), and drive its development, competitiveness, and market success.This role sits at the crossroads of market, technology, sales and operations — perfect for someone who likes to see the full picture and turn complexity into solid products.What you’ll doAnalyze market competition, trends and customer needsDefine technical and functional specifications for new products and upgradesPerform technical and commercial benchmarking of competing solutionsRecommend products and solutions tailored to customer requirementsPropose alternative solutions based on cost, availability or specificationsEnsure that orders generated from quotations fully comply with the agreed technical and commercial termsDeliver technical and commercial trainings to sales teams, partners and customersSupport sales and marketing activities, including participation in trade showsMaintain constant interaction with all company departments (R& D, production, purchasing, sales, marketing)Manage relationships with suppliers of marketed products What we’re looking forTechnical background in HVAC / Heat Pumps / Energy system S5 years in mechanical or energy engineering, knowledge of Auto CAD and ExcelSolid understanding of market dynamics and competitive positioningAbility to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with both technical and commercial teams What we offerA key role with real impact on product strategy and business growthA technically strong environment where quality and know-how matterDirect exposure to international markets, customers and suppliersA company that values experience, responsibility and long-term vision
