We are looking for a
Product Manager
to take ownership of our
Chillers
&
Heat Pumps (HP),
and drive its development, competitiveness, and market success.

This role sits at the crossroads of
market, technology, sales and operations

What you'll do

  • Analyze market competition, trends and customer needs
  • Define technical and functional specifications for new products and upgrades
  • Perform technical and commercial benchmarking of competing solutions
  • Recommend products and solutions tailored to customer requirements
  • Propose alternative solutions based on cost, availability or specifications
  • Ensure that orders generated from quotations fully comply with the agreed technical and commercial terms
  • Deliver technical and commercial trainings to sales teams, partners and customers
  • Support sales and marketing activities, including participation in trade shows
  • Maintain constant interaction with all company departments (R&D, production, purchasing, sales, marketing)
  • Manage relationships with suppliers of marketed products

What we're looking for

  • Technical background in HVAC / Heat Pumps / Energy systemS
  • 5 years in mechanical or energy engineering, knowledge of AutoCAD and Excel
  • Solid understanding of market dynamics and competitive positioning
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with both technical and commercial teams
