CSO is looking for a Shift Supervisor for our CBHC (Community Behavioral Health Center) Emergency Services Program (ESP) in Florence.This position will provide leadership and coordination functions for the counseling staff in collaboration with the management team. You will also fulfill regular counselor duties including care and treatment of clients utilizing program.Starting Salary: $43,000-$48,000/yearYou WillProvide mentorship for new employees in orientation, serving as a role model for other program staffCoordinate food purchasing and menu planning including assistance with shopping lists, purchase and delivery, and organization/storage of food supplies under supervision of director; coordinate with nursing staff and Director regarding general and specific nutritional needs of the residentsReview and filing of observation check sheets, building check sheets and MABHA entries daily.
