The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for managing and expanding the business generated from our installed customer base. This role is crucial for maximizing maintenance contract renewal rates, converting qualified leads (Inbound/Outbound), and actively supporting digital sales campaigns. Job Responsibilities Independently manage the full sales cycle for maintenance/service contract renewals within the installed base, ensuring high retention rates and driving up-selling. Qualify and convert inbound leads (generated through web requests, chat, phone, etc.) into concrete sales opportunities. Conduct targeted outbound calling/emailing activities to promote new products, services, or upgrades to the installed base.
