Sales Manager focused on Multi-Utilities Sector (Milan or Rome) We are looking for a Sales Manager focused on Multi-Utilities Sector to be hired with a permanent contract in Milan (or Rome) within the Electrification and automation Business Unit. Your Challenge As Sales Manager focused on Multi-Utilities Sector your mission will be to drive business growth in the medium voltage electrical segment by developing strong, trust‑based relationships with multi‑utility clients. You will identify their technical and operational needs, propose tailored Siemens solutions, and support them throughout the project lifecycle. Your goal is to position Siemens as a long‑term strategic partner, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the expansion of our presence in the energy and utilities market. Responsibilities Build and nurture trusted relationships with a portfolio of multi‑utility customers, positioning Siemens as a preferred partner for electrification and automation solutions. Gain a deep understanding of customer needs, technical requirements, and project specifications to tailor product and solution offerings effectively. Accelerate the development and retention of existing customer relationships, ensuring long‑term satisfaction and repeat business. Proactively address customer issues and complaints, providing timely resolutions to maintain trust and ensure service excellence. Drive new business opportunities, playing a key role in converting leads into sustainable, long‑term partnerships. Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts, providing strategic insights to internal stakeholders and supporting business planning. Qualifications Proven experience in the Italian energy market, ideally with utilities, renewables, or EPCs, and a strong focus on solution‑based selling. Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering degree or similar background. Strong communication skills and ability to engage with partners at all levels to develop long‑term partnerships. Familiarity with different go‑to‑market strategies (solutions, products, systems) and a data‑driven, results‑oriented attitude. Team player with a proactive attitude in co‑creating business opportunities across internal and external sales networks. Passion to never stop growing. Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co‑create and share knowledge. Proficiency in English and Italian. Eligibility to work in Italy.
