Role OverviewAs a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth in our Air & Ocean freight division. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and develop strategies to increase market share. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Air & Ocean freight business. Identify and pursue new clients and market segments. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.Requirements Proven experience in freight forwarding, with a focus on Air & Ocean freight. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics processes.
