Our team innovates through digitization to constantly improve the value we provide.Partner with the bestThe GTE Project Finance Analyst is a key member of the Equipment & Projects Finance team partnering closely with Project Management organization. The role requires to leverage data and analysis to drive decision making with a continuous focus on simplification of processes and precision while ensuring controllership governance.As GTE Project Finance Analyst you will be responsible for:Partnering with Project Managers to provide governance and control on projects costsLeading Project Margin Reviews to define the project margin for the purpose of revenue recognitionAssessing exposures risks and opportunities to the cost estimates and requirement for specific reservesPerforming detailed variance analysis versus budgets and benchmarks to identify productivity opportunitiesTimely documenting Project Margin Review results in accordance with policy requirements and support Audit requestsContributing to strategic digitization & simplification projects as a team leader or member (e.g. systems implementation cross functional processes RPA)Supporting the Project Finance Manager in Planning Reporting activities and analyticsConducting other duties specific to the projects portfolio or supporting the horizontal team as assigned.To be successful in this role you will have:A Degree in Business Administration Accounting or equivalentRelevant working experience preferably in the finance team of a multinational company;Have experience with Financial systems (Oracle OBEII);Be fluent in English and ItalianInterpersonal influencing and leadership skills;Controllership mindset precision and accuracy;Ability to think strategically and with entrepreneurial mindsetWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone this role we can offer flexible working patterns in line with local policy and customer needs.Working with usOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
