Position Within the Commercial Area, we are looking for a Pricing Analyst who will support pricing optimization across all product categories, turning data into actionable insights for commercial decisions. The selected person will use data, pricing logic and technical tools to improve pricing strategy, monitor the market, and back promotional strategy. Responsibilities Monitor online prices of main competitors and market positioning across all categories. Analyze price and promotion performance, translating results into insights and operational recommendations. Support the evolution of pricing and promotion strategy both in stores and on e‑commerce. Develop dashboards and analytical tools to improve visibility on trends, margins, and price dynamics. Collaborate with Procurement, Retail, CRM, e‑Commerce, Finance to ensure consistency and alignment in pricing decisions. Contribute to adopting more advanced pricing methods, including automation, dynamic pricing, and predictive analysis. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in pricing, preferably in multi‑brand retail or e‑commerce. Experience with Power BI (or similar) and SQL. Good understanding of pricing dynamics, promotions and margin drivers. Experience with competitor scraping tools or pricing software. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with complex datasets. Ability to turn analysis into clear insights useful for business decisions. Collaborative attitude and ability to work cross‑functionally with multiple teams.
