Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Controller to join our team in Rome. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in financial controlling or similar roles, with a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and accounting. Key Responsibilities: Financial Controlling and Reporting: Control the projects budget and cash flow, forecasting and financial strategic planning, ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and maintain comprehensive budgets and forecasts to guide strategic planning and decision-making. Accounting Oversight: Working closely with the bookkeepers, providing support on accounting and tax related matters. Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports for senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications: Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in financial controlling or a similar role. Fluency in English. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and accounting principles. Confidence to present information clearly and concisely to Senior staff. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
