Real Assets Italy manages Private Debt and Private Equity Funds investing primarily in Italy. We are currently looking for a VIE to join our team. Maintasks Financial statements analysis linked to investment opportunities Development of Excel models for credit analysis and business plans Preparation of the documentation required for investment processes and execution of operations VIE Profile Experience At least 2 years' experience in one of the following areas: Transaction Services in consultancy companies M&A at financial boutiques Management of alternative investment funds Skills & Competencies Aptitude forfinancial modelling, analysis and evaluation Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment Languages English: Fluent (mandatory) Italian - a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
