Job summary

Real Assets Italy manages Private Debt and Private Equity Funds investing primarily in Italy.

We are currently looking for a VIE to join our team.

Main tasks:

  • Financial statements analysis linked to investment opportunities
  • Development of Excel models for credit analysis and business plans
  • Preparation of the documentation required for investment processes and execution of operations

VIE Profile:

Experience

At least 2 years' experience in one of the following areas:

  • Transaction Services in consultancy companies
  • M&A at financial boutiques
  • Management of alternative investment funds

Skills & Competencies

  • Aptitude for financial modelling, analysis and evaluation
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Languages

  • English: Fluent (mandatory)
  • Italian - a plus
