In this role you will be required to plan and schedule demand, capacity, utilization, and priorities across multiple teams. To be successful as a Engineering manager, you should have excellent leadership skills. Leads delivery of major initiatives on clear timelines Able to identify areas of strategic technical debt and provide cost/benefit analysis for eliminating this debt and suggested timelines for how to prioritize it. Able to identify potential up-sell opportunities on existing customers and to communicate with sales department.
