This role requires a blend of strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver deskside support for laptops, desktops (Windows or Apple), peripherals, and audiovisual equipment Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware including servers, storage devices, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points Support Data Center operations with hardware maintenance, firmware updates, and troubleshooting Manage the IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, allocation, and disposal Guide and mentor junior team members when required Requirements: 2–3 years of hands-on IT support experience Proficient in installing, imaging, and supporting Windows or Apple devices Skilled in troubleshooting peripherals such as printers, scanners, and quality control equipment Experience with Intune and SCCM-to-Intune migration preferred Strong knowledge of end-user support for large-scale laptop/desktop environments Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated with a proactive problem-solving mindset Why Join Us?
