ResponsibilitiesServe as the department’s point of reference for internal process optimization and the development of new workflows. Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to simplify, optimize, eliminate, or automate manual or inefficient processes. Support the strategic planning of merchant campaigns and develop semi‑annual or annual implementation plans. Maintain CRM data (Salesforce): manage records, dashboards, workflows, sales‑process KPIs, and best practices, overseeing necessary optimizations and/or developments. Design and implement an efficient lead routing process for the merchant sales area, monitor response times and generate dedicated reports for management.QualificationsMinimum 2–3 years of work experience. Prior exposure to complex data systems, BI tools, and reporting tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with CRM software (Salesforce). Knowledge of the industry or market is a plus.
