Job description We are seeking a highly motivated Lab Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for characterizing and validating the electrical characteristics of power devices such as SiC & HV Power MOSFET/ IGBT And GaN in discrete packages and in Power Modules by specific measurement tools. They will also be responsible for analyzing the test and characterization data for issuing characterization reports and developing and coding Power devices Test methods on dedicated equipment. Responsibilities: Characterize and validate the electrical characteristics of power devices such as Power MOSFET/ IGBT in discrete packages and in Power Modules by specific measurement tools. Analyze the test and characterization data for issuing characterization reports. Develop and code Power devices Test methods on dedicated equipment. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and tools. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion. Troubleshoot and debug measurement equipment and test setups. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to power devices testing and characterization. Profile • Secondary Upper education or Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field. • Less than 2 years of experience in power devices testing and characterization.. • Basic knowledge of power devices such as Power MOSFET, IGBT, Power modules. • Experience with measurement tools such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and power analyzers. • Experience with programming languages such as Python, C, C++, and LabVIEW is a plus. • Familiarity with data acquisition systems, instrumentation, and control systems is a plus. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
