The Manager FinOps AP will be responsible for service delivery of our Accounts Payable / Receivable functions for a specific geo / country and will partner with a diverse set of stakeholders within the Finance Shared Service Organization as well as the business. A key responsibility will be to deliver existing services at a high degree of accuracy, timeliness and controllership, besides supporting the growth in business. Leading a team of ~25 resources, this position will provide overall leadership and direction to the team. This role requires a self-starter with strong business modeling skills, keen attention to detail and a proven track record of collaborating with diverse stakeholders. The role involves regular interaction with senior leadership and requires strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to operate autonomously, comfort with ambiguity, and a high performance bar.
