Key Responsibilities Define and implement the CRM & Clienteling roadmap in line with business priorities and brand objectives. Oversee CRM and marketing automation programs, ensuring effective segmentation, targeting, and personalization. Lead the rollout of the Clienteling App and Personal Shopper model to elevate high-value client engagement. Partner with Retail, Digital, and Marketing teams to deliver a consistent omnichannel experience. Collaborate with Retail teams to connect CRM initiatives with in-store activations and physical client events . Analyze customer data and performance KPIs to guide strategy and optimization. Manage CRM platform evolution, vendor relationships, and governance standards. Contribute to CRM reporting, insight generation, and strategic planning. Requirements 5+ years of experience in CRM, customer marketing, or retention strategy, ideally in fashion, retail, or luxury. Proven track record in managing CRM programs and Clienteling tools. Strong analytical and strategic mindset with a data-driven approach. Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication and project management skills. Fluent in English; Italian is a plus. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM ecosystems preferred.
