About The Role We are looking for a Business Development Manager based in Pisa, Toscana. This is a rare opportunity to become a founding and important member of a growing, well‑funded company. You'll collaborate with Italy's most premium and regarded restaurants. As a member of the regional sales team, you will report to the Sales Lead and focus on developing new relationships with restaurants and stores. What You'll Be DoingMap, prospect, pitch and close new restaurants across your region in an organised fashion. Support partners in joining Deliveroo, providing them the best experience. Communicate (physical visits, email, calls, or social media) with restaurants to demonstrate Deliveroo technology. Help restaurant owners/managers overcome any barriers or hesitations. Attend restaurant and food meet‑ups.RequirementsComfortable targeting new business and have sales experience. Confidence or experience dealing with partners/customers through phone, email or face‑to‑face. Experience demonstrating product and industry knowledge to clients. Comfortable with negotiations. Knowledge of the restaurant industry is a significant plus.
