OverviewFour Corners, recruiter specializzato nella ricerca e selezione di professional e manager nei settori Fashion, Luxury e Lifestyle, per realtà internazionale leader del settore ricerca una / un : Senior Product Marketing Development. La risorsa, riportando al Director di Funzione, sarà responsabile della definizione, dello sviluppo e della gestione dell’intero ciclo di vita dei prodotti, principalmente nell\'ambito della cosmesi. Lavorando a stretto contatto con R&D, Marketing, Sales e Operations, garantirà che ogni prodotto risponda alle esigenze del cliente, sia conforme alle normative e rifletta l’identità del brand allineando i team interni sullo sviluppo dei nuovi prodotti, sulle loro funzionalità e sui vantaggi competitivi.ResponsabilitàDefinire ed eseguire la roadmap di sviluppo prodotto in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali e le tendenze di mercato.Identificare nuove opportunità di prodotto e guidare l’innovazione in ambito packaging, sostenibilità ed esperienza d’uso.Guidare l’intero ciclo di vita del prodotto: ideazione, formulazione, design del packaging, test, conformità normativa, costi, produzione e preparazione al lancio sul mercato.Collaborare a stretto contatto con i team R&D, Design, Procurement, Quality e Operations per garantire la fattibilità tecnica e il rispetto delle tempistiche.Gestire contemporaneamente più progetti di sviluppo, mantenendo una forte attenzione a scadenze, budget e standard qualitativi.Coordinare fornitori esterni, laboratori e partner produttivi per garantire un’esecuzione fluida dei piani di sviluppo prodotto.Fornire supporto al team commerciale con presentazioni, schede tecniche e training prodotto.RequisitiLaurea in Business Economics, Marketing o discipline affini.Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli di Product Marketing in aziende internazionali e modernamente organizzate (preferibilmente nel settore della cosmesi).Comprovata capacità di project management.Eccellenti capacità di problem solving, comunicazione e organizzazione.Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta sia parlata (la conoscenza di altre lingue costituisce un plus).Sede di lavoro : AnconaL’annuncio è rivolto a candidati ambosessi (L. 903 / 77) – Aegis Srl, AUT.
