Your opportunityAs a Supply Chain and Logistics Non-Merchandise Support, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of non‑merchandise materials to our warehouses and stores. You will manage the end‑to‑end flow of operations, coordinating closely with suppliers, carriers, KerOps, and Brand teams to optimize logistics processes and enhance operational efficiency.How you will contributeThe Supply Chain and Logistics Non‑Merchandise Support plays a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient procurement, production, and distribution processes. This position requires a high level of coordination across multiple stakeholders, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.Support the coordination of shipments from suppliers to warehouses, monitoring timing and delivery statusAssist in managing day‑to‑day communication with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse teamsProvide support in tracking stock levels and preparing basic reportsHelp ensure data accuracy in internal systems and documentsEscalate issues or delays to the team and contribute to finding practical solutionsPerform administrative and operational tasks to keep supply chain flows efficientSupport the Manager for extraordinary activities / projectWho you arePrevious experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative roles is preferredGood knowledge of MS Office tools, especially ExcelProficiency in English and Italian; knowledge of French is a plusDetail‑oriented, organized, and accurateTeam player, flexible, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasksWhy work with us?This is an excellent opportunity to make an impact at a time of extraordinary growth and be part of a dynamic team in a global Luxury group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.
