You will have the opportunity to choose from 3 career tracks to shape your professional journey:STRATEGIC GOVERNANCE & DIGITAL DEVELOPMENTThe track for those who thrive Vision; starting from innovation, you can imagine tomorrow’s market and contribute directly to corporate governance by working on high-impact strategic goals and projects.Career areas: Strategic Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, Human Resources, Finance & Administration, Planning & Control, Digital Finance, TS Pay, Small & Micro Business.R&D & IT GOVERNANCEThe track for those who thrive on technological innovation, its application, and constant evolution.Career areas: R&D, IT, Cloud Factory.SYSTEM INTEGRATION & PRODUCT MARKETINGThe track for those who believe digitalization is the key asset driving Italy’s growth and want to play an active role in its development and widespread adoption. You will also have access to a development plan and follow-up process to support your growth and help unleash your full potential.Requisiti Requisiti obbligatoriAre you a FutureShaper?• You’re about to graduate or hold a master’s degree in computer/management/mathematics/mechanical engineering, Economics, Management, or Digital Management (obtained within the last 6 months). Applications from humanities backgrounds will also be considered.• You’ve had an outstanding academic record.• Your mindset is fast, innovative, and pragmatic: you’re looking for new challenges to test your growth and evolution.• You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit.• You’re highly motivated to develop your career in dynamic, fluid, flexible, and fast-paced environments.• You’re precise, reliable, attentive, curious, and above all, you excel at building and managing relationships.• You have strong analytical and organizational skills, resilience, and a natural ability to work in team.• You’re comfortable using the latest digital tools.• You’re a native Italian speaker with strong knowledge of English (C1 level).Do you want to shape your future and ours?
