A true change agent who acts with integrity, collaborates across boundaries, adapts quickly and keeps users at the center of an innovative, high‑performing environment.What You Will DoDrive cross‑functional, high‑impact projects across Brands, focusing on Digital content initiatives. The role sits in the Brand organization and ensures delivery excellence on key projects such as Digital Asset Management (DAM), Social media transformation, e‑commerce/retail media content, and supports pitch processes. You will coordinate complex projects as Project Manager and align strategy and execution with Headquarters.Key ResponsibilitiesDeploy cross‑functional and brand‑related strategic projects between Headquarters, European Headquarters, Local Organizations and partners; act as PM and coordinator and ensure structured project governance: timelines, milestones, KPIs, risk mitigation, reporting.Align and engage stakeholders at all levels to secure delivery and adoption.Manage rollout of new Haier Visual Identity and Tone of Voice across touchpoints ensuring alignment of timing and deliverables.Focus on consumer Social Media content production and execution in alignment with Headquarters.Lead Digital Asset Management (DAM) deployment and adoption across Europe.Coordinate digital transformation initiatives for the branding area: social media strategy PM, content governance, KOL/social selling, digital shelves.Oversee e‑commerce and retail media content delivery and manage daily collaboration and delivery with Headquarters.What You Need To SucceedMust haveExperience with complex multi‑stakeholder projects in international or matrixed organisations.Education: Degree/Master in Marketing or Digital Marketing.Professional experience: Minimum 2‑3 years as
