Head of Technical Electrical Department - Automation & Electrical EngineeringSede: Modena | Trasferte internazionali occasionali | Coordinamento team Italia-Estero.Technopi Solutions, azienda in crescita nel settore dell’automazione industriale, ricerca un Responsabile Ufficio Tecnico Automazione & Elettrico con almeno 10 anni di esperienza nel ruolo o in posizioni analoghe (Project Manager, Senior HW/SW Engineer, UTE Manager). La figura avrà la responsabilità completa del reparto tecnico elettrico/software, garantendo la corretta esecuzione dei progetti e la gestione strutturata delle attività fino al coordinamento diretto dei FAT e SAT.Responsabilità principali * Coordinamento del team interno (progettazione elettrica, realizzazione elettrica + optional software PLC/HMI). * Pianificazione attività, distribuzione carichi di lavoro, monitoraggio avanzamento. * Supervisione tecnica dalla definizione requisiti alla messa in servizio. * Interfaccia con fornitori, quadristi, impiantisti e partner tecnologici. * Implementazione di standard interni, procedure e best practice. * Supporto alla Direzione nelle scelte tecniche ed organizzative.Requisiti * Almeno 10 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di gestione tecnica progettuale. * Ottima capacità di Team Leading, coordinamento risorse e gestione del personale. * Ottima conoscenza PLC Siemens (TIA Portal) e sistemi HMI + Motion Control. * Capacità di valutare/modificare schemi elettrici sulla base delle normative di settore. * Solide competenze di project management e problem solving. * Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (preferibile conoscenza dello spagnolo). * Leadership, affidabilità e forte orientamento al risultato.Cosa offriamo * Contratto a tempo indeterminato con periodo di prova commisurato alla responsabilità del ruolo. * RAL commisurata all’esperienza senior + bonus. * Autonomia decisionale e reale responsabilità sul reparto tecnico. * Percorso di crescita verso Technical Director (CTO). * Possibilità di partecipazione azionaria al raggiungimento di obiettivi strategici. * Progetti innovativi in Italia ed all’estero.Se hai una comprovata esperienza nella gestione tecnica e desideri un ruolo centrale in un’azienda in forte crescita, inviaci il tuo CV.
