Siamo presenti in Italia e sui principali mercati internazionali , con una crescita in forte espansione. Per l’ampliamento del nostro team, cerchiamo un/a Product Manager con passione per il mondo beauty e capacità progettuale. Cosa farai In questo ruolo seguirai lo sviluppo prodotto end-to-end , dal concept al lancio internazionale. In particolare ti occuperai di: · Analisi trend e benchmark di mercato · Sviluppo concept e brief di prodotto · Coordinamento R&D (formule, texture, claim) · Gestione packaging e fornitori · Pianificazione lanci con il team Marketing · Monitoraggio performance (sell-in/sell-out, marginalità) · Compliance e documentazione tecnica prodotto · Budget e project management Requisiti Cerchiamo una persona con: Laurea in Marketing/Economia 3+ anni di esperienza in Product Management Ottimo inglese Approccio analitico + creatività Attitudine alla collaborazione e gestione progetto Passione per innovazione e trend beauty Cosa offriamo Ambiente dinamico e internazionale Possibilità di lavorare su brand e progetti globali Team giovane e collaborativo Opportunità di crescita reale Retribuzione commisurata all’esperienza Per candidarti: invia CV a con oggetto "Candidatura – Product Manager"
