Siamo un ambiente dinamico e orientato alla crescita.About the job:La figura di Area Manager avrà il compito di guidare lo sviluppo commerciale internazionale nei diversi canali in paesi europei.Il ruolo prevede la gestione diretta delle relazioni con clienti chiave, distributori e partner commerciali in un’area, oltre all’individuazione di nuove opportunità di business nei mercati target.La figura riporterà direttamente al Direttore Commerciale e collaborerà strettamente con i team Sales and Marketing.Attività principali:Supporto alle attività commerciali nei mercati europeiGestione della relazione con partner esistenti e sviluppo di nuovi contattiPreparazione offerte, analisi dati e follow up delle opportunitàViaggi frequenti per visite clienti e fiere internazionaliImplementare strategie di vendita nei canali HoReCa, Office Coffee Service, mercato dei torrefattori e Domestico PremiumRequisitiEsperienza nel mondo delle vendite di prodotti tecniciAtteggiamento proattivo e capacità di apprendere velocementeOttima predisposizione al lavoro in TeamAutonomia, precisione e responsabilitàInteresse alla vendita di prodotti tecniciOttima capacità comunicative scritte e parlate in inglese, altre lingue sono un plusDisponibilità a viaggiare in EuropaCosa offriamoContesto internazionaleFormazione completa sull’industria e supporto continuoWelfare aziendale (incluso asilo aziendale)Mensa aziendale
