Our mission is to make the buying and selling experience simple, fast and secure, while promoting circular economy principles and creating new business opportunities for everyone.For our Finance department, we are looking for a Purchase to Pay Intern .The selected candidate will support the PTP function, with a focus on reviewing and optimizing the accounts payable cycle (supplier invoicing and payments), also through the introduction of AI/automation tools. The goal is to acquire accounting, project management and technological innovation skills.Job Responsibilities:Support the review and optimization of Purchase to Pay processesParticipate in feasibility analysis and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutionsSupport month-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate reportingTest and support the validation of new automated workflows, gathering feedback from key usersMonitor accounts payable processes to ensure efficiency and complianceSupport supplier invoice processing, expense reports and adherence to local financial regulationsContribute to managing supplier master data, ensuring updates, accuracy, and compliance with company requirementsJob Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related fieldsBasic knowledge of accounting principlesExcellent command of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel (for data analysis)Good knowledge of technical and business EnglishJob Benefits:Competitive expense reimbursementOpportunity to develop specialized skills in managing the Purchase to Pay (PTP) cycleChance to work with ERP systems and advanced financial analysis toolsContinuous support from a tutor and on-the-job trainingParticipation in innovative projects related to digitalization and the evaluation of AI solutionsCompany benefitsDynamic and inclusive work environmentSubito is an equal-opportunity employer.
